Don Valley Trails

Location: This trail head is located at 11 Redway Rd., Toronto, Ontario at the rear section of the Loblaws Grocery Store. This is located just South/East of Eglington Ave. There is a Kiosk where there is a trail map.

Facilities: There are no formal facilities at the trail but it is in the middle of a city so there are plenty of things around.

Trail Description: These trails are quite good concidering that they are in the middle middle of one of Noth America's largest cities. The trails can be very technical and are very well maintained. Several mountain bike clubs have trail care days and the IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) does work there aswell. Some of the trail building close to the water plant is some of the best trail building I've seen. The trail area is a rather narrow corridor but there is ample room for different lines and trails to take form. While these trails are not world class trails, on has to remember that you are in the middle of a very large city. Keeping that in mind these are amazing trails that are very well card for concidering the amount of use they get.
