Every year in late June Mont Sainte-Anne hosts the UCI World Cup Of Mountain Biking. There are several hotels and condo options. There is lift access for amazing downhill runs, bike wash, trail maps, and many other summer sport facilities. It is a real get away resort that the entire family will enjoy.
Cost: Downhill Lift Access $32.00 Cross-Country Trails $10.00
Trail Description: The trails are very well looked after and groomed. There is downhill, cross-country, 4 cross options for riders of all abilities. The downhill trails are well marked and well taken care of. As for the cross-country trails maps are provided but it is very easy to get lost. The trail signs are confusing because one gets confused with the cross-country ski trail signs. This is an aspect of Mont Sainte-Anne that can be frustrating. The trail map does have contour lines and that is a feature that would be nice to see on more trail maps at other facilities. The fact that the cross country trails are so confusing takes away some of the rating score. If and when it becomes easier to navigate the cross-country trails a higher score will be sure to follow.
Rating: Downhill 9 out of 10 Cross-Country 8 out of 10
